"What an absolutely wonderful hotel in a wonderful location!!! - From the moment of arrival - I was treated superbly!!! My room was the Astor Suite and for the 3 days I had a fabulous time there. "The staff were amazing especially the bell boy Hicham and the lady who cleaned our room. My son changed the sign outside our door to DO NOT DISTURB as a joke and I called for the room to be cleaned later in the day and she complied immediately. Fantastic staff. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel was not by the beach as the name suggests but I suppose I should have asked before finalizing the booking. Otherwise our stay was FAB."

"We had to check out after 1 day only, moldy room, made reservation for 3 people, provided only a comforter to put on the floor for our Child (no bed or mattress). We are Requesting refund for the balance . Had to go to another nearby hotel. "
