"I booked and paid for a hotel room in advance. At the reception, I was given a key and went to the room. However, the room wasn’t prepared for guests—it still needed to be cleaned. I returned to the reception, and they gave me the key to another room without any issues. Overall, everything was fine, but I wish they paid more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit dirty, with hair on the floor. Everything else was clean. The room was warm and equipped with an iron, hairdryer, microwave,...

"There was a soap dispenser, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers but all were empty. There were coffee cups in the room but no coffee machine. The couch had a dirty pull-out bed. The staff was nice, you have to check in in the Best Western, but you don't get the breakfast they serve."

"One my card was charged before I even got to the property. Then place was run down and ragged, got to my room and it was one of the nastiest places I’ve been. Bed had bedbugs. Luckily I was able to get a refund and find a better hotel."
