"The overall stay was ok. My heater was loud in my first room and I was able to switch rooms the second night. The rooms need upgrading but ok for an overnight stay. No one answered when I called the front desk several times from my room phone so I had to call the hotel directly for assistance on two separate occasions. The front desk agent, Kim, was very nice and polite. The continental breakfast was ok. The juice was very diluted and the oatmeal was instant in packages."

"The floor that I was assigned was being remodeled. I had to walk through the remodeling zone each time I came or left the room. "
