Another small issue is that they ask for a $30 cash deposit in advance that they hold until the next day for potential damages. Although that is not much money, most people don't carry cash nowadays, and they should allow a small hold of $30 on a debit card."

" The staff at the front desk were outstanding and were happy to help us when the water in our bathroom was not hot. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hot water issue was the only problem. We liked the toiletries. the breakfast was tasteless, the pancake machine produced raw in the middle pancakes. A lot of the food was wrapped in plastic. I would go and get breakfast elsewhere if I stayed there again."

"The owners here are truly trying to up their game. Location is really ideal if you need to be close to hospitals or in the general area of downtown/midtowne Little Rock. Unfortunately this location is a part of an unsavory part of town. But my stay felt very safe and although it isn’t a high end hotel, the linens, pillows, TV have been upgraded to make it comfortable and cozy. Every ice machine had the good “sonic type” ice and snacks for sale at the desk. I’ll stay there again. Unexpected...
