"We could not have asked for a warmer welcome from Larry and Ann, the rooms were spotless with tea and coffee making facilities. We booked at the local pub for a meal, Larry offered to drive us down and pick us up if we wanted. The breakfast was delicious, at a time we were able to choose! We will definitely be staying again. "Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating— from reception, to the restaurant staff and the proshop (if you are a golfer, there is a great golf course to get in a round or two, which we did). We arrived on a Sunday, and there was an excellent “carvers dinner” that evening. We were accommodated without reservations. The restaurant (beautiful golf course views) is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays except for guest breakfasts (very good), so Cherry arranged for sandwiches for us to take...

" Bathroom fan wouldn't turn off. Made it hard to sleep. Apartment was constantly full of bugs. Keycard would never reliably let me into the building. Shower seems primed to flood of you're in there too long. Fortunately, the motion activated light in the bathroom solves that problem. Even if it was confusing to get around, the staff I dealt with were friendly enough and I didn't get robbed or anything. That said, if I had a little bit more money and knew about the drawbacks I'd probably stay...

"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

The room was located above the kitchen, unfortunately for the whole 3 nights I could hear the washing machine or tumble dryer on. Bed was comfortable, room also had a sofa and tv.
