"Beautifully situated in Antequera, stunning views from the rooftop terrace (which we only discovered on the last night!) We did pay for a parking space that didn't exist (it was full and we had to squeeze the Aygo in a bike space most nights) which wasn't ideal. Units are much smaller than they appear in the photos but are new and clean. Shower was great! Staff were really easy to communicate with via the Whatsapp channel to answer any queries. "Set in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. The village is about 2-3 miles away but don't take the car. The roads just get narrower and narrower and are extremely steep. The hotel has no lift but we were given a room on the ground floor as my husband has problems with stairs. The downside of this was that we were awoken by a table top sale being set up right outside our window by some very noisy Brits. I am surprised that the hotel allowed this immediately outside bedroom windows. Beware...

"Our single beds were small and the mattresses were a bit too hard and lumpy. The undersheets were noticeably rubberised. Our room had one big wardrobe with only hangers in it. There were no shelves or drawers anywhere in the room to put clothes. No shelves also in the bathroom"
