"Chose to stay here over a neighbouring hotel because it would have a pool. A pool is pictured so I did not double check listed amenities. Upon check in I find out that the pool has been closed for a couple of weeks. They did offer to cancel my reservation but it was simpler to leave things as is. "

"This is a fantastic place to stay. It is super clean, nicely decorated, with super comfortable beds, and great staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My room was very quiet, although the hotel was completely booked a few nights. I was even near the elevator, but never heard it. The soundproofing must be very good. The hot breakfast is fantastic with many different options and different each day. I will definitely stay here again, next time I am in town!!! "

"Hard to find any fault with this hotel, especially at this price point. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most in this class. It was clear the staff took pride in their property. Only thing I could note is the parking lot is small and if you're traveling with a trailer as I was, parking was a challenge. This will not effect most people. Would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was very accommodating. We had booked with another hotel in the area and they were awful, so we immediately checked out of that hotel. The front desk at Holiday Inn were very welcoming the moment we walked. The double bed rooms were sold out, so he was able to get a rollaway bed added to our room for our last minute stay. Breakfast was good. "

"A coffee maker in the room would have been nice. I drink a lot of coffee and had to go out numerous times to the Duchess gas station for coffee. Other than that, you were pleasant, polite, and the room was very good. Please keep up the good work. The Champagne, Illinois Super8 could learn a lot from you (they were HORRIBLE)"
