"Ensuite was across the hall and shared, toilet down the hall - not what I was expecting and floor a bit rickety underfoot. Actual room was good with plenty of space and a view of the bay and across Oban. Easy walking distance to all Oban facilities - train, ferries, buses, shopping, restaurants and pubs. "

"Room had all the basics, but was cramped. Good shower but in very small cubicle. No staff on site except to take your money. Fire alarm went off around 6am on the last morning - no staff on site to deal with it. The guests were left to phone 99 and wait for the fire brigade to come and sort it out before we could go back inside. "

"The owners of property friendly, nothing to much trouble for them. Scenic views Breakfast was lovely and hot but not keen on bread for toast. The only thing I would remark on, is property not well signposted off the main road and could do with some repairs to potholes"
