"Owner was very nice. Complimentary breakfast is continental; includes some fruits, cereals, toast, juice, tea, and coffee. Room smelled a little old/strange each time we walked in - likely the radiator - but we got used to it once we settled in. We enjoyed the big window with big, thick curtains in our room - lots of privacy and sunlight. We suggest bringing your own pillow. Overall, you get what you pay for. We wanted a cheap room "

"Property was very helpful with parking and eating establishments as we arrived after most eateries had closed. Good price for a large room with multiple beds, love seat, private bath, and loveseat. Minutes from downtown area across from a park. Be aware Hotels.com advertising as free parking and this is not true! Property owner has requested correction many times but sure will not update listing. Just ask where to park when making a booking. "

"The room was basic and clean. Needs a bit of an update however the room was warm and rhe staff were very helpful woth any extras. There was a fire alarm evac one night and the 1 staff member coped really well wirh a full property. Yhe pib next door is great and convenient. "

"Ich hatte das Ensuite Zimmer. Auch wenn es natürlich kein luxus hotel ist, was es sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage super für eine Durchreise: Nah am Flughafen und Edinburgh. Parkplatz ist vorhanden auf dem Gelände und so weit ich weiss, hat es auch gleich an der Strasse Busstops. Beim Frühstück hat man alles, was man braucht mit Auswahlmöglichkeit. "

"My family of four adults just needed a place to sleep after getting off a bus tour and before boarding an early flight. I booked a whole room, so we would have it to ourselves, but there are common bathrooms shared. Property was clean. We lucked out and got to take part in a trivia night in the bar. We lost but had fun. Food and drinks were good. Location is awesome. We roamed the streets and walked to the castle one last time before going to bed and catching our flight."
