"I forgot an item in our room when we left. I called the hotel and they went to the room and found the item, and kept it at the front desk until I could return for it. Manager went above and beyond for me. Wonderful. Thank you."

"Stayed here before- love that my pet stays for free!! Usually there’s a place for the dog to pee - the lot is large with gravel but, no grass. I sleep well on the bed! There were no towels this time and the towel holder was very dusty so we didn’t put the towels in it. Area seems good - I can go out with the dog and feel ok."

"The bath tub had little to no safety stips on the bottom of the tub. The safety hand rail in the tub was lose at the top. I am a 68 old. I have osteoporosis in both hips so it is very important to me that i don't fail. I feel that these bathroom should be safe for everyone. Things like this shouldn't be over looked, or ignored. I understand that are many things to keep up. But the safely in bathrooms are extremely important for everyone "

"Parking area needs resurfaced and new sign not legible at night. I wasn't aware of the change and did not see the sign. Now I know why I could not find the Town and Country I always stay at."

"This was a great, clean hotel - felt like a Route 66 hotel - we will definitely stay here again! Great breakfast in the Resturant - bed was comfortable- just want we needed!"
