We rang the first tel no. and could hear it in the restaurant, but no one answered. We rang several times, and then called the mobile number listed on their website - it was out of...

"It was such a treat for us to stay lakeside side in the Italian lakes. The location, views and gardens were stunning. Private parking was very useful and breakfast was very good. The owner is very charming and welcomes you like family. We stayed in the family room at the back. It's not fancy but extremely clean and comfortable...and priced at a steal for this location. Air con and a great shower/huge bathroom were appreciated. Doubled glazed windows were very effective at blocking out the noise...

Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"
