Was jedoch sehr stören war: Trinkgläser nur mit Putzlappen rundherum, oben gereinigt. Fettfinger Abdrücke unten.Echt ecklig!! Dazu war ein Glas gesprungen. Gut habe ich es vorher noch gesehen. "If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. Not only did he call us another taxi, he came by the bus stop to make sure we were there and didn’t miss our ride. He actually brought us water and apples. NEVER in all of our...

"We were very happy with this hotel. It was a nice surprise. I loved the cleanliness and parking. The little extras were very nice as well. Water, tea, and fruit plus a few toiletries. After traveling all day this was a nice comfortable place to rest. We came in Oct. and the temp in the room was pleasant. "

"Pros:location is ok (15 min walk to centre) nice outdoor and restaurant area. Clean. Cons: the room is like a sauna in summer as its so small and is in the roof with a sky light. Overpriced for a bunk bed and shared bathroom. No kitchen. The shower turns off after about a minute but you can just keep pressing the button. "
