"Worst hotel breakfast ever. A waffle maker, some bread & bagels, dry cereal and that's it. Did not even have plates, guy who works in the front desk said you can just use bowls. Also no toilet paper in the room at check-in. Same guy hands overall roll, no apology. "

"This is the second time we stayed here. Hotel is convenient to I-476. Staff was friendly and property was clean. Room in particular was very clean with a couple of very minor wear issues in the bathroom, which is acceptable since this is a high maintenance area, although it was very clean. One side of the property faces I-476 and outside there is a lot of traffic noise. Both visits we have had rooms on the opposite side and it was quiet. Breakfast was acceptable with good selection of items and...

"During my 2 night stay, I had to go down to the front desk twice because my card keys did not open my door. The staff did not explain why they were not working, they just reset them and handed them back to me. Also there is only 1 entrance to the property, making it difficult to get in and out onto a very busy road."
