"The staff were wonderful! They had a firepit with snacks and smores! They are pet friendly. The location is perfect. It is diagonal from The Spotted Trout. Very walkable to everything in Blowing Rock on Main Street. The Inn rooms are very roomy! Large bathrooms with its own heater. It was very clean. The towels are very soft. The beds are hard, but can be good if you have back issues. Our remote didn't work but that's an easy fix. "

"Tamara and Kevin are amazing hosts! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, between the clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and engaging and responsive staff. I'll be back to explore more of the Blue Ridge Parkway and I'll definitely include a return stay on the Skyline Village Inn."

"My hat goes off to the area for doing the best they can do do too the effects from a massive hurricane weeks prior. So there wasn't as many businesses open do to being flooded out. Room was clean and staff was great. We'd stay again. "

"We liked the property, which was very well kept, and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of places to set luggage for 4 adults. However, the bathroom is where we had complaints. Apart from a hook on the inside of the bathroom door, there was no place to hang a hand towel or bath towel. After we washed our hands the towel had to be left lying on the vanity. After we showered, our bath towels had to be left lying on the floor or over a counter. We're lucky we only...

"This place was straight out of the 1970's, you even fill out a Guest Registration CARD, yes, that's right, an actual card that you write on with a pen. I haven't done that in tbe US for over 30 years. :) This place is super retro, a blast from the past, the staff was super friendly and the bed was comfy, the place could have been cleaner but it was okay. If you want to experience an old school motel, this is the place. :)"
