"Overall it is a good, clean hotel with great staff. The only issue was that we paid for breakfast and arrived at 8 ish with lots of time until breakfast was over, there was only cereal, bread, cheese, ham and croissants and when we asked about eggs etc the staff member said there were none left and no more eggs had been delivered. My little girl only wanted a boiled egg. "

"Easy to get to from Paris Gare du Nord. 2 minute walk from Laumière metro to hotel. Room was totally adequate, bed firm but comfortable, good shower etc. Breakfast was good, standard fayre for hotel breakfast in France. Easy walk to Bassine de Vilette and Buttes de Chaumont. Plenty eateries local to hotel. This is a budget hotel so don't expect luxury, moreover, it seems it is popular with large groups of teenage pupils on school trips etc, so can be a queue for breakfast, served 6am to 10am...

"Check in was quick and very smooth, needed to pay for local tax and car park on arrival which was easily done at reception. All staff were very friendly and offer to help with any needs. Bed is very comfortable and room is warm, also very quiet considering a train track is behind hotel which takes you anywhere you need to be. We left the hotel and in 20 mins we was at the Eiffel Tower! Couple of restaurants just outside and also a nice pastry shop just over the pathway. "

"We used the hotel on a stopover between flights, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel shuttle only took 5 min to the airport (leaving at 6.30am)"

"Basics such as a kettle and iron not provided by default but you can go to reception and borrow them for a 10 Euro returnable deposit each. Everyone friendly except cleaning staff. Cleaning staff entered room despite us not displaying sign to come and clean. Asked for an extra towel and cleaner very unfriendly and gestured money. Breakfast OK."
