"Great budget hotel just outside main city centre perfect ideal fir seeing the sights and a stone throw from train station. Rooms are small but are well maintained comfortable and clean great for price point. Checkin was simple easy and hassle free only feedback that i could give was you should be able to prebook parking with a code the street outside is full and costs so need to either have pre booking or place to temp park while you get access to carpark. Other than that small issue the hotel...

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"We only stayed for one night whilst the Christmas market was on. Hotel is very convenient to the centre and trams are a short walk away. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it...

"Its a beautiful family company. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I even had a good chat with 1 of the owners! Everything was on point. Can't even describe how stunning the room was.
