"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"We only stayed for one night whilst the Christmas market was on. Hotel is very convenient to the centre and trams are a short walk away. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful. Lots of interesting traditional furniture and artefacts in the hotel. Room was large with a modern bathroom. "

"We had an excellent stay for two nights in a room of four. Great staff, great area, very easy to walk to everywhere. Good underground parking lot at less than five minute walk for 15 euros. Only downside for us is that the walls seem pretty thin so we could hear outside noise when there was some. To be expected in an old building. All in all, we had a very nice time in Ghent it is a great city."

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it...

"Really great stay here. The place is well decorated, modern and clean. Very convenient location to the centre of Ghent. Kenzo the host was amazing, super helpful and friendly. "Its a beautiful family company. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I even had a good chat with 1 of the owners! Everything was on point. Can't even describe how stunning the room was. Even with being away from home the whole interior gave us a homey feeling. The details were astonishing in the whole building! My compliments to this family!"
