"Mainetenance, ie painting should be done. Not like painting the entire room, but some work is obvious and simply take a work order to have someone come..work is not even a full day. Take pride in your establishment."

"This was my night stop on a drive from Pennsylvania to Florida. The place is clean and what I liked the most was convenient access from my car to the room. Parking in front of the room door, that is. The place is not directly on the Interstate, which makes it quiter for a rest on a long journey like mine was. It is on a road paralell to the Interstate. It is maybe 20 minutes drive from it. I noticed nice scenary around, there was some big lake or reservoir in the vicinity."

The door didn't quite reach the door frame with the door shut, so light and cold air were pouring into the room. The floor was scratched to hell and covered with an easy chair. The tub had curly dark hair and what looked like beard shavings on it. I put my things back in the car, reserved a room at another hotel, dropped my key off at the front desk, and told them I was checking out, that the room was...
