"I’ve stayed here many times and have never had any issues. This time there were a couple of minor inconveniences. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, just 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. I called to request towels as I was preparing to leave for a meeting. I waited 10-15 minutes and eventually showered using the 2 hand towels. The bath towels arrived after I had showered. "My stay was rather enjoyable. Had some trouble with my card key and heater in my room but front desk was more than friendly enough to help out and resolve the issues.
