She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "Oh my word!!! Some of the loveliest staff and friendly Locals you will ever meet. We had a vehicle problem. If we had needed to, the Hotel was happy to keep it safe for us until we had it collected days later. Restaurant food was outstanding, starter was the best I have eaten this Holiday. Cafe area was warm and welcoming. Just a perfect stay in a lovely town. Thank you "
