"We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. "Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "
