"Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times en-route to the Alps for skiing. Every time we arrive around midnight and always have problems with the automated reception ATM. The problem is hotels.com DO NOT give the B&B reservation code you need to access your reservation with the ATM...so you are forced to call their helpline in the middle of the night. "Ideal stopover and close to all the fantastic sights Troyes has to offer. Couple of niggles- parking was extra (I clearly hadn’t read the info clearly) and it was sooooooo hot in the rooms (naively I thought that this would have been solved since so many people had previously commented on it) Overall, it was good value and well situated."
