"Location was ideal to access Torquay. It is a beautiful place. Staff were very friendly and had access to all needs. Car parking free and cost of accommodation was perfect as travelling around. Local amenities were on the door step!! "

"It's OK to stay just one night, the check in was not hard to do as it is not a normal hotel but a private house. I had a last minute booking for this stay, then the detailed and very long instruction received to my mobile phone while I was driving a long distance. "

"Very friendly staff, beds are comfortable...kids loved the pool. Had a ant issue in the kitchen and a few sticky handles and kettle need cleaning and with a noise aircon, but all in all for what you pay good value."
