"Apartment was great size with everything you need the beds are comfortable, the only issue I have is that the shop on site doesn't have hardly anything you need or choices and you can not go in you have to order everything online and it can take a while for example when I ordered 2 bags of crisps 6 eggs and some croissants it was available in 2 days time, not good also nats and mosquitos are quite a problem, pools are great "

"We chose this hotel just because it had off site parking as we had a hire car. There was NO PARKING AT ALL. We had to park on the street. Our car was broken into the day we checked out & we had everything stolen. Our suitcases and bags. The toilet flush was stuck to the wall with sellotape. The area is very rough, even walking round with my husband I had men whistling at me blowing kisses. Staff unhelpful & just gave me a key so we had no idea where the room was or breakfast. Do not stay here"

"We had some problems of a foul smell in our bedroom but the staff was very attentive and did everything they could to help. When the issue couldn't be resolved, they switched the rooms. Everything we requested was taken care of, we were very pleased with the service."

"We loved the patio, it was huge and the lake view was just amazing. We could sit there and enjoy it for hours…. And the bonus was that you could actually leave your apartment in swimming costume and jump into the lake because it is that close. The apartment was nice quite spacious and with all needed equipments.
