"When I got to the hotel the room wasn't ready even though it was after check-in time because they were painting my ceiling and fixing a lock on the door. There was trash everywhere. Part of the carpet was ripped and hanging. The towels were stained. There was supposed to be breakfast, but out of my 4 mornings it only was available on 2, and all it was was a packaged danish. I had to keep going to the front desk to reactivate my room key because it kept getting deactivated."
