"Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk. "Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. "It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad."

"The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good."

"I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room.
