"This is the worst property i have stayed at in a long time. We have been before and encountered the same problems but returned as we like the village. The rooms are not air conditioned which i accept is costly and difficult in an old building but surely fans could be put in each room. The TV remote did not work, there was no plug for the bath and the Wi-Fi did not work. The person on reception was less than helpful and was disinterested in helping. "Only used for stop over, but very disappointed. Evening meal was indifferent - children's burger was raw, my omelette was swimming in oil. We had two rooms, both were grubby, and one had bathroom so small knees touched the wall opposite when on the toilet!! Didn't even bother bathing the children as bath dirty and tiles needed grouting.
