"The property is great ans the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was turned off because of the "season" and as a result the room was pretty warm. The staff gave me a fan but that was not enough. They shiuld consider that the winter season here is still pretty warm and some of us are not used to our rooms being that warm at night. Otherwise, this is a great, affordable place to stay."

We had several guest come in drunk at 4 am and we couldn’t get them to be quiet for a hour and one guest wouldn’t leave our room. I contacted the after hour/emergency number but no one answered. "The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, in the heart of Valencia’s Old Town, near lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and stunningly beautiful architecture. Some minor problems: the smell of the plumbing in the bathroom was quite bad, especially in the morning. I’ve heard that often happens in older buildings. Putting an “airwick” or a similar semi-permanent deodorizer in the bathroom would be a very good idea. Also, the front door is heavy, and the instructions for opening it...
