"Overall this was a good place to stay during our trip to Tanzania. Location is very convenient to shops, ferry, taxis and also felt safe. Host was very responsive and helpful. He quickly resolved some issues we had. Even had fresh coconut water for all of us upon arriving. It could have been a little better clean and the bathroom showers convenient to use but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel was in the heart of the City. Nice place with good view. But Dirty cleaners were not doing a good job in terms of cleaning. Staffs need to learn about customer service. They need to be friendly and kind. No hot water in the hotel even if I called and asked if they had hot water. Door nob and sink into the toilet was full of dust. Toilet were not cleaned properly. "

I repeatedly called the provided contact number, but no one answered. They also say they have an airport shuttle for 15USD each way, that is incorrect as the guy changed his mind and charged me 25USD.
