"Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."

The owner was responsive to our emails. The trip was overall an enjoyable experience for our family. It's great to see the life along the communities as you slowly move along the back waters."

"These houseboats are not the ones featured in the pictures. It was a different company from the advertised Northstar, it is rather Coco houseboats. The first boat offered to us was awful with no comfortable seating area and the bedrooms were dismal with dirty linen. We complained and were given a second larger boat with marginally better seating, however on inspection of the bedrooms we were appalled by the state of the bedroom. "It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility."
