"We had 2 toddlers who are rowdy. We had a room hoping we wouldn’t be bothering anyone. We didn’t bother anyone. The pool was the perfect temp inside it was freezing outside the hot tub was awesome! The pool and hot tub was clean the whole facility was clean. And the staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were clean and tidy. No issues will be staying there again."

"You were the problem NOT the property. You did not tell me there was a $100 deposit for pets. So i felt angry, stupid and irresponsible when the property required me to post $100 deposit prior to accepting me on YOUR reservation! Poor business on your part. "

"After getting back to hotel after dinner, my room smelled horrible. It was like someone had fried something in old oil. All rooms have kitchens. The front desk immediately gave me key to a different room that was great. They actually gave me the new key and let me keep the old do I could move my belongings. Great service. "
