"Ok so here's the deal. The staff is excellent, very helpful and supportive. The common areas are beautiful. The shuttle is great. Here are the BUTS: 1). Beds are AWFUL. I literally have bruises on my hips because how the slats can be felt through the mattress. 2). Food is sub par and INSANELY overpriced, especially for what it is. Breakfasts are ok, but the fruit selection is basic - not regional offerings or tasty. 3). Our room had water stains in the ceiling and a mantle that was missing the...

"There was no street light going to the hotel in the evening too dangerous for taxi driver and customers. Hotel to old bathroom and shower there was mold , not enough hot water water, pressure toi weak . Way to loud music , , the carpet in the room to old , smelly, the bathroom and room has a disgusting drainage smell . Not coming back to this hotel . Not recommended to anyone looking for a relax , peace , quiet , and clean hotel to get away for vacation. "

The hotel is tucked away in an alley way/ neighborhood so the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Our breakfast was fresh and made to order. It came it on a tea cart, felt very posh. We would love to visit this wonderful hotel again. "
