"Reception staff were very friendly. The place was clean and well equipped, there was great free coffee. My only issue was that the movement sensor in the bathroom area didn't reach the shower, so the light went off while I was showering. I had to open the shower door and wave my hands around to make the light go back on. Luckily no-one else was in there so I didn't scare anyone!"

"It was advertised as a non smoking room however it was not the case. I requested a full refund and checked out after 2 hours of trying to get the complaint resolved. They were not able to provide a new room. I checked into a new place as I felt uncomfortable with not beinf able to breathe "
