"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

The room layout I had was rather weird but the amenities far exceeded anything you’ll find at a US style hotel, depending of course on what’s important to you. "This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids.
