"We had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. "Our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even after speaking to Management, no clean towels, toilet rolls, teas made stuff, nothing, bin not emptied either. We wer told it was because of Covid 19. Although we could pay extra for room to be cleaned if so required. 🤔🙄We had to go to Reception each day n ask for anything we wanted.
