"Unusually i didnt check this place out but was within the area i wanted to stay and priced sensibly, now i know why! From the outside it looks like an old style chinese restaruant and after checking in, i dicovered the rooms were accessed through patio doors in the restuarant area a bit like an added on annexe. "I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
