"Smaller hotel located close to city center with many restaurants, shops, parks and a small shopping center in walking distance, room was reasonably spacious and quiet (a bit of traffic noise in the morning), staff very friendly. Hotel restaurant was good and there are a few different choices for breakfast. Only negatives were the many mosquitos in the room during the first 2 nights (previous occupant may have left a window open overnight), the mattress was a little on the soft side for my taste...

"They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid."

"Nice location close to Airport in Kharkiv Ukraine. The Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Very clean rooms. Nice Scenery with indoor and outdoor pools and the food here is wonderful. I enjoyed my stay here and would like to come visit again one day."

"Biz Kharkiv'e sabaha karşı varacağımız için havalalanına yakın olsun, bizi 7-8 saat ağırlasın diye bu oteli tercih ettik. Sabah 2.30 civarı otele vardığımızda otelin kapıları kapalıydı. Kapılara vura vura içerden bir hanım geldi. Hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyonum olmasına ve rezervasyonumun çıktısı olmasına rağmen rezervasyonumuzu bulamadı. Neyse ki aynı odayı verdi. "The location is perfect. It is close to the center, planetarium, museums, Puzata Hata restaurant (10 in walk), subway station. The room and cleanliness are poor. In my room, there was no shampoo provided. I have to go and ask for it. The heat was not working the first day, I have to sleep under two blankets and fully dressed. Although, they fixed it on the second day of my stay. The towels are so used that they are not white anymore because they are old and washed too many times. No tea kettle...

"Bra hotel, for en grei pris. Frokost var ikke inkludert,men dette var billig å bestille fra resepsjonen. Hadde den største suiten, var veldig komfortabel ,med 2 tver og alt som trengs. Kanskje litt lite i mini baren hvis det skal trekkes ned for noe. Kunne lokal språket er en stor fordel,når svært lite står på engelsk.
