"We stayed there for four nights, we are a family of five, so had two rooms. Owners were very accommodating as we asked to change rooms to be on the same floor. In hindsight, we realise that we sacrificed their best room that they had offered us. Rooms were clean but bathrooms need updating; the showers leaked and had a shower door missing. The hotel is in a quiet location and perfect for short stays if you are not expecting luxury! We spent a lot of time sightseeing and outside the hotel so...

"When we enter the room, there was no toilet paper and no shampoo or shower gel. We asked multiple times for shower gel but we only got some soap. My partner discovered a big cockroach in the bathroom and took a picture. We wanted to call reception at 10.30pm to ask about the WiFi but nobody was answering the phone after multiple trails. The room itself and the facility is good but we were really not satisfied with the service here."

"I had an excellent stay in the hotel, with pleasant staff, modern and tasteful design, and a great location in the city center. Excellent staff, excellent service, comfortable room equipped with everything you need. Hygiene on the highest level. Highly recommend it to anyone."
