"The staff were attentive and always there to help, without being overbearing. Pool on the 5th floor was high enough to be quiet enough and not too windy, and the gym was well equipped and spacious with bluetooth headphones. It would be great if the spa offered sauna and steam room. Stayed in the exec suite which has ample space to relax on a solo trip. It's a shame the room was facing a soon to be construction site and the less affluent side, but a minor issue. Earplugs were supplied. Dining...

"Spotlessly clean hotel with beautiful art deco decor. The service was impeccable and the food very good by hotel standards. The roof-top lounge on the 65th floor was a great place to hangout and have a drink."

"The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "
