"Having flown into Karachi for the first time, i had no idea what to expect from Pakistan or the hotel, thankfully Careem app knew where hotel was. From there the reception was very friendly, with the woman on the desk speaking fluent English and being very helpful with all inquiries and requests. "The hotel staff and security are super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. There were however some annoying hiccups when I checked in with cleanliness in the room I was given and I had to ask to be switched to a new room. "Love the hospitality of the staff. Cleanliness was very good, we had all the in house bed ware , cutlery, toiletries and etc well cleaned and hygienic. Property was well looked after, with cctv , all the amenities are well in excellent condition. The room rates and refunds were well economic i.e value for money!"
