"This isn’t a hotel but a hostel. There is no shower or bathroom in the room. I never seen any like that in over 20 years. It’s unacceptable especially since it wasn’t disclosed before arrival! The staff were friendly and the location was good. But also No (real) parking, meaning you had to park public which required resets g the parking clock every 1.5 hours. I made it work for me since I could park at my friends house but the fact that nothing of this is properly disclosed prior is terrible!!"

"Room was okay but the the whole building and the floors were very smelly!!!! Bathroom on the floors were okay but downstairs by the lobby was dirty."

"If you don’t prefer a private bathroom this is a very nice place. It’s roomy, very clean and nice staff. And for Switzerland a very low price for all the convenience "

"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."
