"I would classify this as a budget hotel. The amenities, room, cleanliness, comfort are all budget standard. The room we were in (with King bed) was so small. Plus, during our stay, the building lost electricity a few times (during the night as well). This was an inconvenient esp when you're travelling with kids. But the management did not offer any assistance, just asked us to wait a few hours til power is restored. As management, I would have upgraded rooms or offer drinks or other amenities to...
