"Repeat customer. Third time back in his hotel but this time was a disappointment. I booked and paid on 27 DEC. Arrived at the hotel on 31 JAN receptionist said cannot find my booking because was booked last minute?? Wasted 20-25 mins and another receptionist-Mariyam or Mariah sorted out a room for me."

Also the staff are not attentive. Theres entire cafes with just no one in attendance at all. It is quite bizarre and they are clearly losing a decent share of money from this. If you went up to me when I was at the pool and asked if I wanted anything I would have, even from the limited menu. The cafe downstairs has never got any...
