"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"100% book this place!! Was amazing from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a complimentary drink by the amazing Liza. Liza was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Informing us of the best places to visit etc. we were given an upgrade when we arrived which was amazing. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and the WiFi was strong. Thank you Liza you were incredible!"

Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel. The Hotel is unreasonable. "

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "
