"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. "Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!! "
