"Its a dead town..nothing special. No one goes to islands. Hotel is totally rundown. Bed, bath and room is bad. Room grown with spider web, lizards nest and ants nest. Have not seen cockroach yet. "Beautiful Hotel, plenty of different spots to explore. We had a premium room for 3 of us. Room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was average, buffet style..got bored after 2 days of the same food choices. We ate out for lunch and dinner. You have to ask for your room.to be cleaned. Staff were very friendly at reception, answered queries. Late check out at 3pm at a cost of extra 100 rn..(£20) otherwise checkout is at 11.30am. Taxi boats/excursions available right outside tge...

"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...
