"On the whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There was a hiccup when we check in and they could not find our booking. It took some time but was sorted out. One minus point was the drainage at the shower area. The drainage was not good and fast enough for the rain shower and it started to pond and eventually flow out of the shower area. That makes the floor very slippery and thus the chances of slipping and falling is high."

"One night stay at Ipoh, room is spacious and clean. The hotel is connect to a shopping mall which is convenient. Breakfast is OK nothing special. There’s supper after 10pm and it wasn’t very exciting. "

"Nicely remodeled rooms, lobby and dinning area. Friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour 7 Eleven in the first floor. Limited parking. Close to old town Ipoh but the area needs to be revitalized. "
