"We stayed for 3 nights, we booked the comfort room but unfortunately had one next to the kitchen, which was very loud. Once we told Manny (Sales Manager) he sorted it immediately and moved us to a much larger room with a shared private pool. It was 10/10! The grounds and facilities are really nice, with a new swimming pool being built, which will be an amazing addition. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. We were 4 adults with 2 rooms and thwy were both beautiful!!! The hotel is so beautifully decorated and thw grounds are stunning. The staff were so friendlu and helpful. David and joanni at thw front desk were phenomenal.
