"It was older but clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Loved shuttle to and from airport and that it ran late. Not the best area but any hotel near an airport is not in the best area of town. Would stay again for an overnight."

Only thing that we are not happy about was old fashioned jalousie windows which was not adequate to block noise from nearby bars. They are reasonably quite at the late hours, so did not bother me much after all activities in daytime, however, some of my family needed ear plugs for better sleep. "I prefer not to stay in Waikiki and this hotel is in a great location. The staff is good. Be aware that this place also has private residences. Their owners also rent on this app. It is not always clear if you are renting the hotel side or the private side. The owner of my unit didn't forward the reservation. Hotels.com quickly remedied the situation and booked me into the hotel side. Parking is not included and self parking is $35/day. "

"The condo was just as it is pictured. There is plenty of room too e around. The kitchen is perfect. We made Chicken Alfredo and cooked a pizza in the oven. Both worked really well because of the pots and pans and oven. It has a ton of things within walking distance and lots you can bus to. Don't be fooled by the bus website though. They no longer have the all day pass. But we took the bus to Walmart. It is literally so close to the beach. Less than a ten minute walk. So beautiful. Watch out for...

Although it was a private unit within the larger hotel complex, in only a few circumstances would this be noticed. Location wise, I felt as though it was convenient for my needs.
