He went out of his way to help and ensure that we had a great weekend. "The room was not clean, the matress was unconfotable to sleep in. The room cleaning wasn't done properly. It was hard to sleep at night because of the sorrounding noises from outside!!! No one spoke any english, making it hard to communicate with the staff."
