"It was our beacon after a very long day. Rooms were just as pictured. Very pretty, well put together, and very clean and appointed. Staff and owners were very hospitable and nice. Would definitely stop there again and recommend..thank you"

"The bathtub had a big crack on the bottom that they tried to patch. I’m sure that water is seeping through Floors were dirty. "

"Excellent hotel! Room was super clean and the breakfast had so many choices. Super friendly staff. Everything was great we would definitely return. "

"The front desk service was very pleasant and professional. Although I understand the facility is under renovation, i would be better to make sure rooms are functional. The shower was warm at best and did not drain so you had to stand in water. I let the front desk know and they informed me that maintenance would be notified. My stay was short so I do not know if any resolution was made. "

"It was ok, just old. Rusty toilet paper holder, patch in bedroom ceiling, full trash can by exterior door, messy leaves on carpet at back entry."

"Location and because it’s getting cold smoking rooms were an option upon arrival. The rooms were a nice size. Many upgrades needed. Bathrooms especially. Over all I was comfortable and the price was very affordable just bring cleaning supplies and raid. Windows need a screen to keep bugs out!"

"The property was built in 1948 and it has a ton of charm. A half block from the St Simmons Island Village. Great location and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the SSI Pier. Basic accommodations but clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely stay there again. "
